Well, if we did not have a sale we might not see anybody from mid January to mid March and how is that meant to pay rent and wages - and keep our jobs going. I have imagined closing for this period of the year but yet again - rent and jobs. Can't just stop, can you?
Some of us would like to, after all. Curl up in a ball and get prostrate with a bear but us humans have yet to develop the Bear ability to lower our metabolic rate sufficiently to allow hibernation to occur. Clever ol' Bear.
Simply put, a sale is meant to encourage and entice you lovely people to buy our shirts at the one time of year when T-shirts are not uppermost in your mind.

Another thought that always occurs to me about a Sale at this time of year is that it favours my local customers and I am extremely grateful to all the local customers who buy my shirts throughout the year.
"Jenx - just who are your customers?" Well..........................Seems to be a mix of locals and tourists. We sell more shirts to men than women and maybe now, more kids shirts than womens shirts, and then again, we now are having success with our baby shirts. The lovely ladies have so many options but men - why look further than the ubiquitous T-shirt?
