About us

Montréalité grew out of an idea that a city as magnificent as Montréal should have better t-shirts to represent her beautiful self than what was available at the time. Here we are, seven years later, continuing to celebrate the uniqueness that is Montréal. We began with fifteen designs, some of which are still available. Our present line up includes 25 designs and if you come by our store at 51 Bernard Street West in the Mile End, it remains possible to find some of our original designs which have been discontinued.

My name is Jenx and I am always happy to explain why we do one design or another. Take The Angel and The Man. Not only are they beautiful statues with significant meaning, but they are also home to two large public gatherings which take place every Sunday in Montréal; one in Parc Jeanne Mance at the foot of the mountain and one on Ile St. Hélène. One is free and the other is not. Both are peaceful and musical and love is all around. That would constitute a reason. Be well and enjoy our T-shirts
